How do you take time out from what you are doing, thinking or feeling? List three microscopic steps that you can take to achieve the most important things that you want to do in your life at the moment. What is stopping you from taking these steps? Have you taken a walk and not noticed how you got from A to B? What could have helped you to be more mindful on that walk? What is the longest that you have been able to sit quietly for? What supported you to be able to sit quietly for that length of time? If there was one thing that would assist in you pausing each day what is it? What microscopic step can you take to make it happen?
